Phototaking session with Adrian Lee (Pink Blue Photography)

Darling Giselle had her first photography session on 29Apr10(Fri) which was her actually EDD :)
It was an interesting session and manage to capture lots of her different expression n ohhh soo girly side :)
Mummy been trying hard to keep up with Giselle slipping pattern, but very hard... Still fall asleep in middle of the night.
Now mummy trying to poi, and hopefully can come out coz dun wanna take constipation pills...
Darling had been taking pacifier on n off, and sometimes pwnself spit it out. Don't wan darling to get used to it either :) today is day 11, very soon is darling full mth on 17May, which is set earlier coz of public holiday :)

1 week old

Darling is 7 days old today! Hooray, went for Her jaundice lvl test at polyclinic 8am, daddy and ah ma brought Giselle there. Lvl dropped to 220, which is lower!!! Hooray, but.... Still need to monitor and sun her..bathe her with huang zhi guo.
Now mummy 3rd time poo-ing, the stitches still pain pain. Haha, but like what mummy mention everything is worth. Darling really like a alarm clock,wakes up exactly 3hrs for milk, poo.. Den slp back! Lol. Now darling drinking 60ml of bm/fm each feed.

Long night for All

Giselle last night had been a naughty girl ah.. Since 9am don't wan slp, cranky.. Poo been yellow n watery.. Change tens of diapers, dunoe is it tummy unwell. So worrying. Mummy pump milk keep for Giselle hoping her jaundice lvl to go down.
Today 11am gt appt for Hep B injection. N hope the pediatrician can advise on whether formula milk or breast milk is better. Now mummy in toilet having a damn hard time to poo.. The stitches so close n painful near the rectum. Blister n stinging feeling. Haiz. Mummy knows all is worth for Giselle.

First night at woodlands

Giselle had her first night at woodlands, waking up every 2-3hrly for breastfeed and formula milk. Giselle average drink 30-40ml... So guai. Mummy, Daddy, Ah ma never slp well.. Coz Giselle like to be carried :)

Baby Birth Day

Mummy daddy reach hospital ard 12:15am, uncles Ryan drove us here.
We check in at the hospital and mummy was put on CTG.. Induce pill was inserted at 1am.. Worst is all single rm and suites are taken!! End up mummy went to 2bedded, and daddy 'slept' at the lounge while complaining of backaches. Daddy so ke lian!
Mummy din know what contractions felt like, but guess was mild n bearable that mummy can slp..awhile.
At 7:30 had one glass Milo and ate a bit cookies..straight went to see dr.. And after check mummy did have contractions!!! But cervix still 3cm. Dr broke the waterbag, and mummy don't even know it!! Liquid was put in rectum to poo poo, but can't tahan so in a min straight rush to toilet n mummy wetted the floor with the amniotic fluid. Poo-ed till 8:15am.. Mummy was brought to the birth room (rm no3). There sudden regular contractions came, mummy so determine not to take epidural pain relief, but at 9:30am cannot tolerate. Daddy also see Liao heartpain. Dr tan(female) administrated the epidural, and after 30mins..no more pain!!! (the needle is thick, feels a bit sting... Just like the IV water also a bit pain!
Ok so it was 10:00am when the relief kicks in, waited at 10:10am was checked by nurse, mummy cervix dilate to 9cm!!!!
So hungry we expected 30mins for baby to arrive. BUT till 1pm still can't see baby crown! So started pushing n pushing with a 30min break in between, no use..... Feeling hungry n shivering, we requested for Dr to help at 3pm... Dr used a thick long needle to anesthetic to the virginia n a snip, with some pushes and assisted with vacuum, mummy can feel baby head come out!!! Den slowly with another push baby body.. It feel amazing, but mummy eyes were closed all the while! Haha, too hungry n cold. Daddy also was excited n happy for words. Daddy cut Giselle umbilical cord, after that pics were taken and baby was weighted n all. Mummy was being stitched up, and shivering all the way!! So happy n lost for words. Haha! Baby so brave n strong nv cry when she lie beside mummy. :) we were pushed to premuim single (daddy upgraded for us from one single bed top up ard $138++) for us to enjoy!
Giselle was brought to the nursey and washed up. After that mummy tried breast feed Giselle with colostrum, but Giselle so slpy, 5mins give up. Den total 3 visits to bf Giselle.. Thou only 1-2mins of suckle, at least gt bonding. Giselle eye open looks soo like daddy! Haha!
Anw, Giselle head got head round mark frm the vacuum, kelian. Emmm,on 21 apr mummy can discharge buttttt Giselle no pee pee cannot discharge leh, Giselle so naughty don't want pee ahhh.. Bo bian we ask nurse feed her glucose water lor. Hopefully Giselle will pee k. Den can go home together!

Induce today

19 apr went to see Dr tham.. Cervix dilate 3cm after the VE check. Had spotting straight away... But anw Dr recommend to induce tonight 12am admit hospital!!! Mummy was stunned shocked for words. But daddy says if dr like that recommend means must listen. And the scan shows baby around 3.4kg, means if wait another week darling b gaining another 150grams, n is more harder to come out.

36wk +6days

Baby Giselle tomorrow is 37wks... Past one week mummy can't sleep well with the violent movements made by Darling Giselle!!

Any time now Giselle is coming out, daddy & mummy haven't pack our bags to bring! But mummy know Giselle very guai, must give us time to prepare okay?
Mummy also wan Giselle help out to make it a fast and easy
